At Wei's Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn western apparel and boots. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unworn items back into their original box, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
